As Cyber Defence Manager, you’ll lead a team of analysts in securing the organisation’s systems and data by ensuring effective threat detection, response and prevention strategies.

You’ll manage resources, develop security processes and drive strategic security improvements.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft security solutions (Sentinel, Defender for Identity, Endpoint, etc.).
  • Experience with Cribl’s data streaming and log routing capabilities would be advantageous.
  • Deep understanding of networking and security protocols.
  • Strong grasp of threat intelligence and its interpretation and application to reduce risk.
  • Understanding of IT operations and infrastructure, including network, server and application layers.
  • Ability to analyse incident trends and metrics to inform management strategies.
  • Ability to manage incidents simultaneously and think strategically to evaluate options in the short, medium and long term.
  • Strong leadership skills to manage and develop the team.
