Join our community. We are currently recruiting Customer Service colleagues, with a starting salary of £24,500 pro-rata, made up of a base salary of £24,000 pro-rata plus a £500 flexible benefit.

Whether you\’re helping someone with a simple cash transaction, aiding them with technology in the banking hall, transacting with them over the phone or protecting your customers against fraud and scams, you\’ll never know what the next challenge will be. - Acting as the first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone
- Assisting with day-to-day transactions, queries and servicing
- Answering customer calls into our contact centre

What you\’ll bring:
- Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service either from a face to face or a telephony background
- The ability to communicate effectively with customers to truly understand their needs

- This is an on call working role a minimum of 260 hours per annum.
- This is a rolling contract.
- The role is based in Liverpool LS branch covering Birkenhead, Bootle, Liverpool & Ormskirk.

- Starting salary of £24,000 pro-rata plus a £500 annual cash allowance to spend on our great range of benefits.

Right to work in the UK.
