Job Description:
Join our community as a Customer Experience Advisor at Santander in Hemel Hempstead. You’ll be more than just the friendly face and voice of Santander—you’ll listen, solve problems, assist with transactions, and help protect our customers against fraud and scams. Your role will be varied and challenging, supporting a close-knit team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone
- Assist with transactions, queries, and servicing
- Answer calls in our contact centre
- Build relationships and find solutions
