We are currently recruiting Customer Service colleagues, with a competitive salary package, including a base salary plus flexible benefits.
As a Customer Experience Advisor, you’ll be the friendly face and voice of Santander, helping customers with transactions, technology, and safeguarding against fraud. You’ll operate in a busy, supportive, and varied environment, working collaboratively with your team.
The difference you’ll make:
- Act as the first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone
- Assist with transactions, queries, and servicing
- Answer calls in our contact centre
