This programme encourages you to embrace change, put forward ideas and seek innovative solutions. You’ll build meaningful relationships with our Corporate, SME and Institutional customers, identifying their ambitions and helping actualise them. You’ll work with some of our most innovative customer-focused teams to help make banking simple, personal and fair.
Through our rotational programme, you’ll gain insights into various diverse products and business areas, including Corporate & Commercial Coverage, Risk, Products and Operational functions.
In addition, we’ll support you in developing your technical expertise and the influencing and relationship-building skills that will shape your career.
WHERE YOU’LL WORK
Our Corporate and Commercial Banking team have business centres across major cities in the UK as well as presence in our London office. You can expect to be based at any of our key office sites, with potential moves every six months.
To enable us to deliver the best outcomes for our customers and to help each other develop, we understand the importance of having the right balance of spending time together in an office while maintaining flexibility. To support this, we have a hybrid working pattern with the expectation to spend at least 12 days in the office a month.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN YOU
- A bachelor’s degree in any subject, 112 UCAS (top 3 A Level grades or equivalent excluding General Studies and Extended Project).
- The ability to truly listen to customers and colleagues, talk straight and build lasting relationships.
- Excellent numerical and writing skills.
- A highly collaborative approach to work.
- The confidence to speak up with great ideas, embrace change and seek innovative new ways of doing things.
