Santander Digital Services is looking for a Calypso Solution Designer , based in London.

As a Calypso Solution Designer , you will work within agile or non-agile frameworks, facilitate workshops and events, and communicate across various organizational levels. You will participate in multiple projects, focusing on delivering value to the customer in a sustainable, iterative, and collaborative manner.

We need someone to assist us on several fronts:

• Design major technical and functional solutions with high complexity
• Have more than 6 years of Calypso experience
• Possess high functional knowledge of Collateral, Repo, SecLending, FX, Bond, and Equity products, with involvement in Calypso implementation projects
• Provide functional leadership in solutions for treasury and markets global processes, applications, and architectures

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Required qualifications:

• IT Functional lead of the project
• Responsible for gathering user requirements and determining Calypso functional solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams using a servant leadership style, supporting coordination on the IT side
• Monitor project evolution, developments, dependencies, and work execution
• Lead collaboration with external teams involved in the project (users, execution managers, IT teams)
• Expertise in Calypso’s main global functionalities, modules, and architecture, including:

• Repo
• SecLending
• Margin Call
• Corporate Action
• Triparty
• Equity
• Bond
• Performance Swap
• FX
• CRE
• Postings
• Integration from Murex to Calypso
• CATT
• Upgrades
• Swift Messages (Mt1xx, Mt2xx, Mt3XX, Mt5XX, Pacs 8 & 9)
• Bond Product Definition
• Equity Definition
