Our International Graduate Program is designed to develop the next generation of leaders in investment banking. Through a dynamic and immersive experience, you’ll work alongside a diverse team of global professionals, gain real world exposure, and build the skills needed to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving industry.
What you will be doing
As a Santander CIB Graduate in Global Transaction Banking you will rotate across some of the teams within the GTB sub-product areas (Cash Management, Export & Agency Finance, Trade & Working Capital).
During your rotation in the products, you will perform key tasks to support the execution and development of solutions, including:
- Conduct market and industry research to uncover trends, competitive dynamics, and client opportunities.
- Analyse data to identify high-potential clients, products, and business segments.
- Build sales and proposal materials that help teams pitch ideas and bring products to market.
- Gain hands-on experience in transactional banking, contributing to real operations that support our clients’ day-to-day needs.
- Present projects to team, partners, and senior leaders, sharing insights and recommendations while learning from experts across the business.

Location: Based in Europe (Madrid, London, Frankfurt, Paris, the Netherlands or Milan), you will become part of an international business working with teams across different geographies, with the flexibility to travel abroad according to your role requirements.
Timing: 1 year from July/September (depending on the country).
