Our International Graduate Program is designed to develop the next generation of leaders in investment banking. Through a dynamic and immersive experience, you’ll work alongside a diverse team of global professionals, gain real world exposure, and build the skills needed to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving industry.

What you will be doing

When you join our Graduate Program in Global Markets, you’ll start your career in one of our exciting profiles chosen to match your strengths and ambitions. From day one, you’ll be trusted with real responsibility, working on live projects and learning from experts in your field:

  • Trading:

    • Price and execute trades across asset classes such as interest rates, FX, credit, and equity derivatives.

    • Monitor and analyze market movements, spotting opportunities and managing risk in real time.

    • Collaborate with sales colleagues to design trading strategies that meet client needs.

    • Learn how to use advanced quantitative models, data tools, and technology platforms to support trading decisions.

  • Sales:

    • Build strong relationships with leading institutional and corporate clients across Europe.

    • Deliver tailored insights, ideas, and financial solutions to support client strategies.

    • Work closely with trading, structuring, and research teams to provide comprehensive client coverage.

    • Take part in client meetings, prepare presentations, and contribute to the execution of real transactions.

  • Structuring:

    • Design bespoke financial solutions that meet complex client needs by combining different products (e.g. derivatives, financing, securitization).

    • Translate market trends, regulation, and technical insights into innovative products and strategies.

    • Collaborate with Sales, Trading, and Quants to bring deals from idea to execution.

    • Build financial models and tools to price, structure, and monitor transactions.

    • Prepare high-quality pitch materials and presentations to support client discussions.

  • Quants:

    • Develop, implement, and maintain the models and tools that underpin our trading and risk management.

    • Improve pricing libraries and build new quantitative models for complex products.

    • Work side by side with traders and structurers to make sure models meet business needs.

    • Apply programming, mathematics, and analytical skills to real market challenges.

  • Research & Strategy:

    • Provide in-depth market analysis and insights on macroeconomics, equities, credit, rates, and FX to support clients and internal teams.

    • Monitor global economic, political, and financial trends to identify opportunities and risks.

    • Produce high-quality reports, presentations, and recommendations that influence investment and trading decisions.

    • Work closely with Sales and Trading teams to deliver timely analysis that helps clients make informed decisions.

    • Develop expertise in data analysis, forecasting, and financial modelling to back your research.

Joining our international Grads community you will gain an all-round understanding of the investment Banking business through immersive training, participating in an array of exciting projects and initiatives.

During a year, you will be combining hands on experience in different projects whislt training on both technical and interpersonal skills to help accelerate you professional and personal development during the program.

You will become part of a leading global team taking part in landmark transactions, gaining a full understanding of the Banking industry and working side by side with passionate and experienced professionals.

Location: Based in Europe (Madrid, London, Frankfurt, Paris, the Netherlands or Milan), you will become part of an international business working with teams across different geographies, with the flexibility to travel abroad according to your role requirements.

Timing: 1 year from July/September (depending on the country).
