WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Representante, responsable y lÃder de la FAS en la Dirección Regional (a cargo de Gerente Regional, Coordinador y Asesores). Gestionar con las diferentes Bancas el acceso a Colectivos para que los equipos de cada una de las Coordinaciones a su cargo tengan donde llevar a cabo la gestión de atracción y vinculación. Participar activamente en el Comité de Sinergia Regional para impulsar la apertura de colectivos, presentar los avances exponer áreas de oportunidad y en conjunto diseñar acciones que permitan corregirlas. Desarrollar planes de trabajo junto con los coordinadores que permitan cumplir con los objetivos comerciales y de operaciones en tiempo y forma. Brindar capacitación continua tanto a coordinadores como a asesores con la finalidad de que siempre estén actualizados en los productos y servicios que se van a promover. Deberá fomentar el uso correcto de las herramientas de trabajo, detectar las malas prácticas, identificar e informar de manera oportuna todos los riesgos dentro de los productos y procesos imputables al puesto. Todo lo anterior con el fin de prevenir fraudes y riesgos operacionales. Solicitar la participación e impulso del Director Regional y DZ en caso de no contar con el apoyo de las Bancas y de no tener el servicio requerido por parte de las sucursales.
