WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Representing, responsible and leader of the FAS in the Regional Directorate (in charge of Regional Manager, Coordinator and Advisors).
- Managing access to Collectives with the different Banks so that the teams under their coordination have places to carry out attraction and linking management.
- Actively participating in the Regional Synergy Committee to promote the opening of collectives, presenting progress, exposing areas of opportunity and jointly designing actions to correct them.
- Developing work plans with coordinators to meet commercial and operational objectives in a timely manner.
- Providing continuous training to both coordinators and advisors to ensure they are always updated on the products and services to be promoted.
- Fostering the correct use of work tools, detecting bad practices, identifying and promptly reporting all risks within the products and processes attributable to the position.
- All of the above to prevent fraud and operational risks.
- Requesting the participation and support of the Regional Director and DZ in case of lacking support from the Banks and not having the required service from the branches.
