Será responsável por atender clientes em inĂcio de jornada no universo Select, garantindo uma experiencia digital premium com foco em conveniĂŞncia eficiĂŞncia e proximidade humana no ambiente remoto.
Principais Responsabilidades
- Atender e engajar clientes 100% digital (chat/vĂdeo/app);
- Atualizar clientes no portifĂłlio Select, apresentando benefĂcios e diferenciais do segmento;
- Realizar vendas consultivas de produtos no credito, investimentos e seguros de baixa complexidade;
- Coletar e atualizar dados;
- Manter familiaridade com soluções digitais com foco no ecossistema Santander;
- Resolver demandas remotamente.
CompetĂŞncias Comportamentais e TĂ©cnicas
- Conhecimento avançado de experiencia do cliente;
- Experiencia em vendas e proficiência em utilização de ferramentas digitais.
Formações/Certificações
- CPA 10 (obrigatĂłrio);
- Experiencia aplicável em atendimento remoto;
- DomĂnio de canais de atendimento digital, jornada do cliente e produtos financeiros.
