Overview
As a Senior Relationship Director, you will be managing a portfolio of large corporate clients, meeting financial expectations and ensuring clients receive a great experience, including timely intervention when required. You will also be responsible for driving primacy, growing the portfolio and meeting governance requirements such as credit stewardship and financial crime.
What you’ll bring
- Experience of developing and driving a regional business development strategy to deliver the Corporate Bank’s ambitious growth through existing client network and intermediaries.
- High level of credit underwriting skills and financial crime risk awareness.
- Proven track record of providing high quality client experience.
- Proven experience of corporate businesses.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, analytical, and report-writing skills.

What you’ll do / Responsibilities
- Drive a proactive and collaborative environment across CCB.
- Provide clients with an experience that is second to none.
- Create and deliver a growth strategy including relationships with clients, prospects, and professionals.
- Deliver against agreed OKRs and KPIs, including NPS through internal and external sources.
- Drive high levels of client insight and create advocates of the Corporate Bank through your portfolio and wider network.
- Coach Relationship Managers to improve skills and knowledge.

- This role is based in Birmingham Business Centre.
- We offer site-based contracts with a hybrid working pattern. Our expected attendance in an office is at least 12 days per month (pro-rata for part-time roles).
- Consider travelling distance, time and cost from your home to the office location when applying.
