We are currently recruiting Customer Service colleagues, with a starting salary of £24,500 per annum. This is made up of a base salary of £24,000 plus an additional £500 flexible benefit. The role is based in our Falkirk branch and is full-time, permanent, 35 hours per week.

You’ll be the friendly face and voice of Santander, acting as a listener and problem solver. Whether you’re helping with simple cash transactions, assisting with technology in the banking hall, handling phone transactions or protecting customers against fraud, you’ll face a variety of challenges in a busy branch environment.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers in-branch or over the phone
  • Assist with day-to-day transactions, queries and servicing
  • Answer customer calls into our contact centre
  • Build relationships and find solutions for customers
  • Develop knowledge of services and products to assist customers
  • Identify new ways to improve the customer experience

  • Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service from a face-to-face or telephony background
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs

What else you need to know

  • This is a full-time permanent branch-based role, 35 hours per week, across Monday to Saturday between 8:00am – 6:00pm
  • The role is based in the Falkirk branch
