O papel do Assessor de Investimentos:
Realizar assessoria de investimentos para clientes e potenciais investidores, oferecendo soluções alinhadas ao perfil e às necessidades de cada um.
Principais atividades:
- Sugerir soluções de investimentos de acordo com o perfil de investidor de cada cliente;
- Garantir a qualidade e a satisfação no atendimento relacionado a investimentos;
- Prospectar novos recursos e reter investimentos da carteira atual, por meio de soluções e vendas consultivas;
- Diversificar o portfólio de produtos de investimentos dos clientes, atendendo suas necessidades de forma completa;
- Prospectar novos clientes investidores, posicionando-os para abertura de contato por meio das lojas Santander ou canais digitais;
- Realizar atendimentos presenciais com os clientes de sua carteira, por meio de visitas às lojas Santander ou em outros locais de sua preferência (com frequência mínima de 3 a 4 períodos por semana) e/ou participação em eventos - ambos podem envolver deslocamentos e viagens.
Requisitos desejáveis:
- Ensino Superior completo ou em andamento;
- Domínio do Pacote Office;
- Certificação CEA (caso possua apenas CPA-20, será bem-vindo, desde que tenhamos a necessidade de obter a certificação CEA);
- Experiência prévia no mercado financeiro.
