The Difference You Make
Santander is looking for a Customer Experience Advisor based out of Nottingham Branch.
This is an on‑call role, a minimum of 260 hours per annum. It is a rolling contract.
In this role, you’ll be more than just the friendly face and voice of Santander. You’ll be a listener and problem‑solver: helping customers with cash transactions, technology assistance, phone support, and fraud protection. You’ll thrive on variety and work in a multi‑skilled environment.
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone.
- Assist with day‑to‑day transactions, queries and servicing.
- Answer customer calls into our contact centre.
- Build relationships and find solutions.
- Develop knowledge of services and products to help customers.
- Identify new ways to improve customer experience.

Professional Experience
- Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service in face‑to‑face or telephony environments (Required).
- Effective communication skills with customers to truly understand their needs (Required).
- Real desire to go above‑and‑beyond for customers (Preferred).
- Teamworking skills with a flexible, can‑do approach (Preferred).
- Openness to a broad range of activities outside standard expectations (Preferred).
- Ability to grow, adapt and change to meet business needs and priorities (Preferred).

- Starting salary of ÂŁ24,000 plus a ÂŁ500 annual cash allowance.
- 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, increasing to 26 days after 5 years of service, with the option to purchase up to 5 contractual days per year.
