THE DIFFERENCE YOU MAKE

Cost Management & Procurement is looking for a Third-Party Risk Analyst based out of Bradford, Milton Keynes or Glasgow. Glasgow is the preferred location.

As a Third-Party Risk Analyst, you will support the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) in delivering and maintaining a transformation capability for TPRM systems and processes in accordance with Santander internal and relevant external policies and regulation.

We’re shaping the way we work through innovation, cutting-edge technology, collaboration and the freedom to explore new ideas. To succeed in this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Support the design, maintenance and ongoing review of TPRM Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), including the methodology, thresholds, tolerances and escalation criteria used to identify changes in third-party risk exposure and provide early warning of emerging or increasing risks. Monitoring risk metrics and indicators is specifically reflected in supervisory expectations for third-party risk management.

  • Produce, analyse and continuously enhance TPRM Management Information and governance reporting, translating third-party data, KRIs, control performance, risk trends, concentrations, exceptions and emerging risks into clear insights that support effective management and governance decision-making.

  • Support the ongoing effectiveness and continuous improvement of the TPRM framework, using insights from control monitoring, KRI performance, management information, assurance activity, audit findings, regulatory developments and stakeholder feedback to identify enhancements to Standards, Controls and Methodologies and track these through appropriate governance and approval
