SCUK Vehicle Reallocation & Logistics Coordinator

Santander Consumer Finance (SCUK) is one of the UK's Leading Motor Finance companies and we are currently looking for an enthusiastic Vehicle Reallocation & Logistics Coordinator to join our business working in Wharley End Cranfield, 5 days per week in the office.

The purpose of this role is to act as the central coordination point for vehicle reallocation and logistics activity, ensuring vehicles are progressed efficiently following inspection, prepared for their next stage, and moved in line with operational requirements, customer expectations, and agreed timescales.

Please note the closing date for this role will be, end of day, Monday 3rd August 2026.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Vehicle Reallocation Management - Ensure inspection outcomes are reviewed promptly and vehicles are progressed to the appropriate next stage. Maintain efficient vehicle turnaround times and accurate reallocation records.
  • Logistics Planning and Coordination - Plan and coordinate vehicle movements, collections and deliveries in accordance with operational requirements and service level agreements.
  • Vehicle Intake, Release and Dispatch Support - Ensure all incoming and outgoing vehicles are accurately recorded, documented and processed through operational systems.
  • Repair Tracking and Exception Management - Coordinate repair bookings, monitor completion dates, track progress and escalate delays that may impact service delivery or turnaround times.
  • System Accuracy and Record Maintenance - Maintain accurate records of vehicle movements, repairs, inspections and reallocations within internal systems.
  • Vehicle Status Monitoring - Maintain visibility of vehicle status, inspection outcomes, repair requirements and logistics schedules, ensuring timely progression and issue resolution.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience within fleet management, vehicle logistics, transport coordination or automotive operations is desirable.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience coordinating vehicle inspections, repairs and supplier activities is desirable.
  • Vehicle Logistics Coordination experience.
  • Vehicle Reallocation Management experience.
  • Vehicle Inspection Process experience.
  • Repair & Maintenance Coordination experience.
  • Fleet, Transport & Vehicle Management Systems experience.
