Santander Digital Services is the team of technology and operations at Santander. The purpose of the role is to oversee the entire lifecycle of data within the organisation from acquisition and storage to analysis and dissemination. Responsible for ensuring that data assets are managed effectively, securely and in compliance with regulations and organisational policies.

- Leading the annual Important Business Services (IBS) refresh and importance assessment, supported by structured methodologies and data validation controls.
- Delivering ITOL (Impact Tolerance) calibration using quantitative models and evidence-based challenge frameworks.
- Designing and maintaining end-to-end service mapping architecture, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and traceability across systems and processes.
- Implementing data-led dependency modelling across technology, cyber, data, and third-party ecosystems to identify systemic vulnerabilities.
- Developing mapping data models, lineage, and integration pipelines to enable consistent and scalable resilience insights.
- Establishing data quality frameworks and controls to ensure mapping integrity, consistency, and audit readiness.
- Driving vulnerability identification through advanced analytics, linking mapping outputs to risk registers, remediation actions, and Board-level MI.
- Providing SME challenge across multiple domains (technology, cyber, data, third-party) to ensure robust resilience outcomes.

- Experience designing and implementing end-to-end service mapping, dependency modelling, or operational resilience frameworks (Required).
- Strong experience in data analysis, data modelling, and data-driven risk identification (Required).
- Experience working with IBS, ITOL, or regulatory resilience frameworks within financial services (Required).
- Experience delivering complex data integration or transformation programmes (Preferred).
Education:
- Undergraduate degree in Data, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (Preferred).
- Professional certifications in Data Management, Risk, or Operational Resilience frameworks (Preferred).
Languages:
- English (Required).

- Strong knowledge of data modelling, data lineage, and mapping architecture (Required).
- Experience with data integration, data flows, and dependency mapping across complex systems (Required).

Salary Range: £54,000.00 - £81,000.00 per annum (depending on experience). This salary range represents the expected remuneration for the role. Annual salary is based on a standard 35-hour working week. Actual salary offered will depend on skills, experience, qualifications and location.
30 days' holiday plus bank holidays, which increases to 31 days after 5 years service, with the option to purchase up to 5 contractual days per year.
£6,000 car allowance per year.
