- Managing sponsorship projects and activations from brief through to delivery and evaluation, ensuring activity is delivered to a high standard, on time, within budget and in line with agreed objectives.
- Putting measurement and effectiveness at the heart of our activity, establishing clear objectives and KPIs, using insight and performance data to demonstrate impact and applying learnings to improve future activity.
- Managing sponsorship budgets effectively, including planning and forecasting expenditure, tracking spend, managing purchase orders and invoices, and identifying opportunities to maximise value and ensure robust financial control.
- Managing day-to-day relationships with sponsorship partners, agencies, suppliers and internal stakeholders, ensuring we maximise the value of our contractual rights, assets and investment.
- Supporting effective governance across sponsorship activity, including contractual rights, approvals, financial crime, risk and compliance requirements, ensuring all activity is delivered in line with Santander policies.
