THE DIFFERENCE YOU MAKE
Santander UK is looking for a Financial Crime Advisory Manager based out of Milton Keynes, Bradford or Glasgow. 12 Month - FTC
As a Financial Crime Manager in the Skilled Persons office you will be required to provide SME support, knowledge and guidance to Business Units based on prior experience in similar roles. You will act as a first point of contact between the business and the skilled person and supporting the senior manager by being their delegates on important stakeholder meetings.
We’re shaping the way we work through innovation, cutting-edge technology, collaboration and the freedom to explore new ideas. To succeed in this role, you will be responsible for:
- Managing and co-ordinating the Bank’s activities in the preparation for the s.166 review process;
- Defining and communicating the protocols for responding to the SP’s information and meeting requests;
- Acting as the day-to-day interface between the Bank and the SP, aiding the smooth and effective execution of their role
- Facilitating regular and ad-hoc reporting to the senior management on the progress and outcomes of the SP review.
- Oversight of responses to FCA requirement notice
- Advisory on s.166 activities and what to expect from the SP review
- Support SMF and S4/S5 briefings
- Facilitate, co-ordinate and provide guidance on file builds, information requests, walkthroughs and interviews with relevant stakeholders

Professional Experience:
- Financial Crime Policy and Regulatory Experience (Required)
- Excellent Stakeholder management (Required)
- Financial Crime Risk Management (Required)
- Experience in validating and closing issues (Preferred)
- Audit and/or Assurance experience (Preferred)
- Financial Crime Regulatory experience (Preferred)
Languages:
- English (Required)

Salary Range:
£54,318.00 - £81,478.00 per annum (depending on experience)
This salary range represents the expected remuneration for the role. Annual salary is based on a standard 35-hour working week. Actual salary offered will depend on skills, experience, qualifications and location.
