- Act as the primary point of contact for supplier-facing change, coordinating and managing supplier queries through to resolution, working closely with Procurement, Programme, Technology and Business teams to ensure timely and consistent responses.
- Produce high-quality communications, presentations and engagement materials tailored to a variety of stakeholder groups, including senior leadership.
- Conduct change impact assessments, identifying impacts and supporting mitigation activities across affected business areas.
- Partner with Programme Managers, Business Leads, Technology and Communications teams to ensure change activities are integrated into programme delivery.
- Develop and coordinate training, awareness and adoption activities, ensuring colleagues are equipped to transition successfully to new ways of working.
- Identify and manage change-related risks, issues and dependencies, supporting effective decision-making throughout programme delivery.
- Support business readiness, cutover communications and post-go-live adoption activities to ensure a smooth transition into BAU.
