THE DIFFERENCE YOU MAKE
CFO / Treasury Markets is looking for a Senior Manager, based in London – Triton Square. You will manage asset sale activity, from execution, through to programme management and servicing. We're shaping the way we work through innovation, cutting-edge technology, collaboration and the freedom to explore new ideas.
To succeed in this role, you will be responsible for:
- Manage asset sale activity in line with the agreed strategy.
- Coordinate execution, planning, transaction preparation, pricing and post-transaction processes.
- Monitor market conditions, investor appetite and asset availability.
- Work closely with wider Treasury, ALM, Risk, Legal, Finance, and external banks or investors.
- Manage the on-going maintenance of programmes, ensuring compliance with programme documentation.
- As required, support wider Treasury & Markets activity through portfolio analysis, governance materials, transaction support / execution, delivery of the funding plan and stakeholder coordination.

Professional Experience
- Significant experience in Treasury and wholesale markets. (Required)
- Proven experience running transactions, including deal preparation, planning, investor engagement, and programme management across multiple asset classes. (Required)
- Great understanding of asset sales, wholesale markets, funding, liquidity, asset pool management and relevant regulatory requirements (Required)
- Experience running transactions and managing senior stakeholder relationships across Treasury, Finance, Risk, Legal, business units, and institutional investors. (Required)
- Experience in accounting methodologies for Treasury and Wholesale markets. (Required)
- Excellent governance, control, reporting, discipline. (Required)
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in finance, economics, mathematics, risk, treasury, markets or a related discipline. (Preferred)
- Relevant professional qualification, regulatory certification or treasury, markets, risk, accounting or securities-related credential. (Preferred)
- Ongoing compliance with any required role-specific regulatory assessment, certification, conduct or training requirements. (Required)
