Communications, Marketing and Responsible Banking Division The Communications, Marketing & Responsible Banking (CMRB) function leads the business in its internal and external communications with stakeholders and customers - along with our multi-channel marketing campaigns.
The function has responsibility for the development and use of Santander UK’s brand and its sponsorship and events programme.
It leads the UK’s work on sustainability and responsible banking.
CMRB is also responsible for Santander UK's strategic and operational messages that help deliver on the long-term management plan for the business.

COMPANY/BUSINESS is looking for a Senior Communications Project Manager based out of Milton Keynes (Unity Place), or London (Triton Square). 12 Month - FTC.
We are looking for a highly organised Senior Communications Project Manager to lead the delivery of customer collateral changes associated with the migration of TSB customers to Santander UK. The role will be responsible for planning and coordinating the conversion of collateral from TSB to Santander UK branding and standards, while supporting broader Harmonisation and Migration objectives. Success in the role will require great stakeholder management, excellent attention to detail and effective project management skills within a complex change environment.

Manage the end-to-end communications planning for the required collateral changes.

Ongoing identification and management of risks and dependencies, escalating emerging risks and any issues that materialise, with proposed mitigations and actions for resolution.

Coordinating stakeholders across Marketing, Customer Communications, Product, Risk, Compliance, Legal and Operations

Ensuring collateral meets regulatory, brand and customer experience requirements

Maintaining robust governance, tracking progress, managing dependencies and escalating risks where required

Work closely with the wider CMRB team to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with broader communications activity.

Proactive engagement with Risk Line 2 and Internal Audit Line 3 across the CMRB programme and key activities

Collaborate with the central Programme IMO function and governance bodies for project

Support with the broader Harmonisation and Migration CMRB related planning and activities, through the CMRB workstream

Professional experience

Proven experience managing complex communication or change programmes involving multiple stakeholders. (required)

Experience supporting product changes, customer communications or business transformation initiatives. (required)
Education

Prince 2 practitioner or external PMO certification. (preferred)

Salary Range:
£75,600.00 - £113,400.00 per annum (depending on experience)
This salary range represents the expected remuneration for the role. Annual salary is based on a standard 35-hour working week. Actual salary offered will depend on skills, experience, qualifications and location.
