Santander is looking for a Service Lead – Outsourced Services & Treasury based at Triton Square, London. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the delivery of critical outsourced services that help keep Santander operating effectively. You'll work closely with both onshore and offshore teams, acting as the bridge between service providers, business stakeholders and operational teams to ensure services are delivered efficiently and consistently.
You'll support the day-to-day management of outsourced services, including Treasury operations, helping to monitor performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure services meet agreed standards. We're looking for someone who is self-motivated, driven and comfortable working with data, who enjoys building reports and dashboards that provide meaningful insight into service performance and support informed decision making. Working within a collaborative team, you'll help drive continuous improvement, strengthen relationships across our delivery teams and contribute to a resilient and customer-focused service.
To succeed in this role, you will be responsible for:
- Support the day-to-day service management of outsourced services, including Treasury operations, ensuring agreed service levels are achieved and operational issues are proactively managed.
- Build, maintain and enhance service reporting, dashboards and MI to provide clear visibility of service performance, trends, risks and opportunities.
- Monitor supplier and offshore team performance against KPIs and SLAs, highlighting issues and supporting actions to improve service delivery.
- Act as a key point of coordination between onshore and offshore teams, fostering collaboration and helping ensure services operate as one integrated function.
- Support governance activities including service reviews, risk reporting, action tracking and documentation to ensure effective oversight.
- Investigate service issues, identify root causes and work with stakeholders to implement sustainable improvements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to simplify processes, improve efficiency and enhance customer outcomes.
- Build solid working relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers and offshore partners to support effective service delivery.

Professional Experience:
- Experience supporting outsourced service delivery, supplier management or operational services within a regulated or complex environment (Required)
- Experience producing meaningful management information, reports and dashboards using service and performance data (Required)
- Experience supporting governance activities, including KPI reporting, service reviews and action tracking (Required)
- Experience monitoring service/supplier performance, identifying trends and supporting actions to improve service delivery (Required)
- Experience within financial services or a similarly regulated environment (Preferred)
- Exposure to Treasury operations or Treasury-related services (Preferred)
Languages:
- Good written and verbal English communication skills (Required)
Hard Skills:
- Ability to build and maintain dashboards, management information and performance reporting using Excel, Power BI or similar reporting tools (Required)
- Ability to monitor and interpret KPIs and SLAs and identify service performance trends, risks and opportunities (Required)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to investigate issues and support root-cause analysis (Required)
- Solid organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate activities across different teams (Required)

Salary Range: £41,400.00 - £62,100.00 per annum (depending on experience). This salary range represents the expected remuneration for the role. Annual salary is based on a standard 35-hour working week. Actual salary offered will depend on skills, experience, qualifications and location.
