CFO supports the organisation through financial leadership, treasury management, balance sheet strategy and strong risk management discipline.
THE DIFFERENCE YOU MAKE
CFO / Treasury Markets is looking for a Manager, based in London, to join the Medium Term Funding & Investor Relations team. You will play a key role in the delivery of the wholesale funding plan, supporting funding activity from planning through to execution and post-transaction activity. You will work closely with colleagues across Treasury and the wider organisation to ensure funding activity is accurately executed, effectively controlled and aligned to liquidity, capital and balance sheet objectives.

- Support the delivery of the wholesale funding programme in line with the agreed strategy, funding plan and limits.
- Support Coordination and execution of funding transactions, including issuance planning, transaction preparation, documentation, pricing and execution support, and post-trade processes.
- Monitor market conditions, funding costs, investor appetite, maturities and liquidity requirements, providing analysis to support funding decisions and execution strategy.
- Support in Maintenance of wholesale funding plans, forecasts and management information, ensuring information is accurate, timely and appropriately controlled.
- Produce analysis and materials to support funding decisions, governance forums and senior management reporting.
- Work closely with wider Treasury, ALM, Risk, Legal, Finance, Operations and external banks to support the effective delivery of funding transactions.
- As required, support the investor relations programme, including the preparation of investor materials, coordination of investor engagement and analysis of investor feedback and market developments.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with banks, investors and other external market participants in support of the wholesale funding programme.
- Support in Ensuring funding activity is delivered in accordance with relevant governance, risk, control and regulatory requirements.
- As required, support wider Treasury & Markets activity through portfolio analysis, governance materials, transaction support and stakeholder coordination.

- Professional Experience
- Experience in Treasury and wholesale funding (Required)
- Experience supporting or executing wholesale funding transactions, including issuance planning, transaction preparation, market execution and post-transaction processes. (Required)
- Good understanding of liquidity, balance-sheet management, ALM, funding risk and capital markets products. (Required)
- Experience analysing financial markets, funding costs and market conditions to support funding or balance sheet decisions. (Required)
- Experience working with stakeholders across Treasury, Finance, Risk, Legal, Operations and external market counterparties. (Required)
- Experience producing high-quality analysis, reporting and governance materials within a controlled financial environment. (Required)
- Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in finance, economics, mathematics, risk, treasury, markets or a related discipline. (Preferred)
- Relevant professional qualification, regulatory certification or treasury, markets, risk, accounting or securities-related credential. (Preferred)
- Ongoing compliance with any required role-specific regulatory assessment, certification, conduct or training requirements. (Required)
