WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Ensures that projects follow specific plans and timelines; delivers status reports, logs issues, and generates appropriate documentation.
- Ensures that project work meets all contractual service levels associated with quality estimation and incident resolution.
- Manages relationships with external suppliers and contract administrators to review/negotiating/review relevant contracts.
- Supervises and evaluates staff performance and business processes to help optimise tasks and initiate new or revised systems.
- Defines application architecture and manages the lifecycle of improvements, updates, and ongoing maintenance.
- Researches technologies and best practices to support continuous improvements in quality, efficiency, ROI, etc. of systems and applications.
- Leads team members in data analysis and application integration.
- Provides updates to technical documentation for the latest improvements or versions.
- Ensures the team follows standards for tools/platforms/methodology/development controls to ensure efficiency, quality, and consistency in application development.
- Designs and implements applications to meet business SLA requirements.
