THE DIFFERENCE YOU MAKE

The Colleague Investment Team within Digital and Assisted Channels is looking for a Peer Group Deliverer based in either Bradford, Glasgow or Belfast. This role is on a fixed term contract for 12 months.

You’ll be responsible for the delivery of high-quality training to new and existing colleagues within Digital & Assisted Channel both remotely and on site if required. Your role will ensure that new joiners and existing colleagues are trained to the highest standard which is then reflected in the exceptional service provided to our customers and further embedded through quality coaching and development.

We’re shaping the way we work through innovation, cutting-edge technology, collaboration and the freedom to explore new ideas. To succeed in this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering training to both new and existing colleagues using different styles and methodologies.
  • Building relationships across the Training Team and with stakeholders to ensure quality training is delivered within agreed timeframes.
  • Being a Subject Matter Expert whilst identifying own areas of development to ensure knowledge is up to date.
  • Adhering to all quality and control procedures ensuring all quality and risk objectives are met.

Professional Experience:

  • Subject Matter Expert in your area with excellent in-depth knowledge of processes and our core systems and products within your skillset (Required)

Salary Range: £25,152.00 - £37,728.00 per annum (depending on experience). This salary range represents the expected remuneration for the role. Annual salary is based on a standard 35-hour working week. Actual salary offered will depend on skills, experience, qualifications and location.
