GBR Customer Experience Advisor | Retail & Business Banking | S1 | Christchurch
We are recruiting full‑time Customer Service colleagues for a 12‑month fixed term contract with a base salary of £24,000 and a £500 flexible benefit. You will be the friendly face and voice of Santander, listening to and resolving customer needs across branch, phone and fraud protection.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone.
- Assist with day‑to‑day transactions, queries and service requests.
- Handle customer calls into our contact centre.
- Build relationships and find solutions to customer challenges.
- Develop knowledge of services and products to support customers.
- Identify new ways to improve the customer experience.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service in face‑to‑face or telephony background.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to understand customer needs.
- Right to work in the UK.
