Salary: Starting salary of £26,180 per annum (base £24,000 plus £500 flexible benefit and up to £1,680 discretionary performance related).
For our customers, you’ll be more than just the friendly face and voice of Santander. You’ll be a listener and problem solver, helping with simple cash transactions, technology in the banking hall, transacting over the phone, or protecting customers against fraud and scams. You’ll face varied challenges and have the support of a close-knit team.
Role details
- Location: Beaumont Leys branch, United Kingdom
- Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, 8:00am – 6:00pm
- Type: Full-time, permanent, branch-based
What you’ll do (Responsibilities)
- Act as the first point of contact for customers in-branch or by phone
- Assist with day-to-day transactions, queries and servicing
- Answer customer calls into our contact centre
- Build relationships and find solutions for customers
- Develop knowledge of Santander services and products to help customers
- Identify new ways to improve the customer experience
