The Difference You Make: As a Teller, you engage in assisting with various financial needs and processing transactions. You provide exceptional customer service, resolve concerns, minimise risk, defend against fraud, refer product solutions, and escalate complex issues for timely resolution.
- Provide an elevated level of exceptional customer service by welcoming customers, minimising wait times and assisting with their banking needs.
- Process transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
- Handle cash and maintain accurate cash drawer balances.
- Adhere to all bank policies and procedures, including compliance and risk management protocols to prevent fraudulent situations.
- Recognise opportunities and cross-sell bank products to deepen customer relationships.
- Engage customers and leverage digital tools to educate them on self-service options.
- Assist with custodianship, audits, and other operational tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, to create a welcoming environment for customers.
- Responsibilities may extend to supporting nearby branch locations based on business necessity.

- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience - Required.
- 6+ Months Cash Handling experience - Required.
- 6+ Months Demonstrated customer service experience - Required.
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping others.
- Ability to identify and escalate concerns of risk to appropriate channels.
- Ability to follow directions, policies, and procedures.
- Effective listening and communication skills.
- Comfortable in using digital tools and technology to enhance customer engagement.

What Else You Need To Know: The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.
Base Pay Range: Minimum: $30,000.00 USD Maximum: $47,000.00 USD
