Customer Experience Consultant | S1 | South East & South London | Tunbridge Wells
Join Santander UK as a Customer Experience Consultant, helping customers face to face or on the phone with their day-to-day and longer-term financial needs. You’ll be the friendly face and voice of Santander in your branch, delivering a high standard of service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Listen to, understand and anticipate customers\' financial needs
- Present options and solutions across a range of products and services, with a primary focus on digital channels
- Answer customer calls into our contact centre
- Develop meaningful relationships with customers and work with colleagues to support their day-to-day and long-term needs
- Contribute to a simple, smooth experience for colleagues and customers

- Location: Tunbridge Wells Branch, United Kingdom
- Contract type: Permanent, Full-time
- Working hours: 35 hours per week, Monday – Saturday, 8:00–18:00
Salary and benefits
Starting salary £25,136 base, plus a £500 flexible benefits allowance and up to £1,680 discretionary performance related pay
Other benefits include 25 days holiday (26 after 5 years), discretionary annual bonus, healthcare options, pension contributions, life and income protection insurance, staff discounts and more. Salary and benefits prorated for part-time roles.
