Customer Experience Advisor | Retail & Business Banking | Sheffield
Salary: £24,500 per annum (base £24,000 + £500 flexible benefit). Working 35 hours per week Monday‑Saturday 8:00am‑6:00pm in the Sheffield branch.
About the role
As the friendly face and voice of Santander, you will be a listener and problem solver, helping customers with cash transactions, banking hall technology, phone support and fraud protection. You will never know what the next challenge will be, but you will have plenty of support from a close‑knit team.
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone
- Assist with day‑to‑day transactions, queries and servicing
- Answer customer calls into our contact centre
- Build relationships and find solutions
- Develop knowledge of services and products to help customers
- Identify new ways to improve the customer experience
