Customer Experience Advisor | S1 | Retail & Business Banking | Customer Interactions | Coventry Branch
Overview
We are recruiting Customer Service colleagues working 21 hours per week, with a starting salary of £24,500 pro-rata (base £24,000 pro-rata plus £500 flexible). You’ll be a listener and problem solver, helping customers with simple cash transactions, technology in the banking hall, phone-based queries, and protection against fraud and scams. You’ll be part of a close-knit team; you’ll be flexible and multi-skilled to support a range of activities in branch operations.
Responsibilities
- Acting as the first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone
- Assisting with day-to-day transactions, queries and servicing
- Answering customer calls into our contact centre
- Building relationships and finding solutions
- Developing knowledge of services and products to help our customers
- Identifying new ways to improve the customer experience
Qualifications
- Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service from a face-to-face or telephony background
- The ability to communicate effectively with customers to truly understand their needs
- Right to work in the UK

What you need to know
- This is a part-time permanent branch-based role, working 21 hours across Monday to Saturday between 8:00am – 6:00pm
