The Private Banking & Select Investment teams are structured to provide regulated advice on financial services and investment products tailored to meet long‑term investment needs of the clients within the segment.
THE DIFFERENCE YOU MAKE
We are looking for a Wealth Advisor to work alongside our Corporate and Commercial Banking Team based out of Triton Square Branch. You’ll be proactively managing a portfolio of high net‑worth clients, providing support and investment advice on a broad range of financial matters. You’ll be maintaining and developing your portfolio, maximising retention of existing clients and their holdings. By developing these into primary banking relationships, you’ll effectively grow the value of the portfolio. We’re shaping the way we work through innovation, cutting‑edge technology, collaboration and the freedom to explore new ideas.
Responsibilities
- Delivering an individual contribution plan and an exceptional client experience.
- Achieving net portfolio growth in line with approved objectives.
- Identifying, understanding, and helping corporate and commercial clients with their changing needs.
- Providing regulated investment advice to help corporate and commercial clients meet their objectives.
- Demonstrating deep understanding of wider financial affairs and financial products to ensure that knowledge is comprehensive and client‑focused.
- Maintaining up to date and compliant records to ensure relevant internal standards and external regulatory requirements are observed.
Professional Experience
- A solid and recent track record of providing investment advice to your clients. (Required)
- Comprehensive knowledge of wealth structuring tools, investment approaches and application of these to high‑net‑worth clients. (Preferred)
- A good knowledge and understanding of wider financial markets, with exposure to the full range of banking products and financial planning industry. (Preferred)
- Risk management and control experience gained within Private Banking, Corporate and Commercial and/or Select Investments. (Preferred)
Education
- Investment knowledge and the required qualifications (QCF Level 4 minimum) is essential (Required)

Benefits
- Salary Range: £56,864.00 - £85,296.00 per annum (depending on experience)
- 30 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, which increases to 31 days after 5 years service, with the option to purchase up to 5 contractual days per year
