This position is based at Truro Branch and requires a part‑time schedule of 17.5 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, 8am–6pm. Your role will involve acting as the first point of contact for customers in the branch or over the phone, assisting with day‑to‑day transactions, queries, and continuously improving the customer experience.

- Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service face‑to‑face or by telephony (Required).
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers to truly understand their needs (Required).

- Effective team working skills with a flexible, can‑do approach to work (Preferred).
