Customer Experience Advisor at Santander (Braintree Branch) works 35 hours per week, Monday to Saturday 8 am – 6 pm.
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customers in branch or on the phone.
- Assist with day‑to‑day transactions, queries and servicing.
- Answer customer calls into our contact centre.
- Build relationships and find solutions.
- Develop knowledge of services and products to help our customers.
- Identify new ways to improve the customer experience.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service in a face‑to‑face or telephony environment (Required).
- Effective communication skills to truly understand customers’ needs (Required).
- A genuine desire to go above and beyond for customers (Preferred).
- Effective team‑working skills with a flexible, can‑do approach (Preferred).

Benefits
- Salary ranges from £25,000 to £31,579 per annum, based on a standard 35‑hour working week.
- Additional benefits include £500 annual cash allowance, 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays (increasing to 26 days after 5 years of service), voluntary healthcare benefits, pension contributions of up to 12.5 % of salary, protection with company‑funded death‑in‑service and income protection insurance, share plans, staff product benefits and a range of wellbeing programmes.
