We’re hiring full‑time Customer Service Advisors within our Homes Direct Servicing team in Bradford with a starting package of £26,420 (base £24,000 + £500 flexible benefit + up to £1,920 discretionary performance‑related bonus). The role offers a hybrid work model and a collaborative office environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer and third‑party mortgage or loan queries and transactions over the phone; may also support via Live Chat after training.
  • Encourage customers to adopt our digital channels.
  • Safeguard customer information and detect potential fraud.
  • Resolve queries on first contact by collating accurate information.

Working Hours & Conditions

  • Minimum 12 office days per month.
  • Minimum 12‑week paid training programme; post‑training you may work from home if you reach required competency.
