THE DIFFERENCE YOU MAKE

Distribution (Assisted Channels Branch, Voice & Chat is looking for a Business Analysis & Change Manager based out of Bradford, Belfast or Glasgow.

This role is on a fixed term contract for 12 months.

As a Business Analysis & Change Manager in the Distribution Change & Comms team you will be supporting our Branch and Contact Centre leadership teams and colleagues to be operationally ready for any new change that has an impact on the frontline. You will impact assess new initiatives of all sizes to understand testing, demand, colleague training and knowledge requirements, customer journeys, controls, process updates and communication to ensure successful implementation.

You will work with a range of stakeholders at the heart of the Bank’s largest customer facing operations and have the opportunity to implement change that truly helps us deliver on our Passion which over the next 12 months will also include TSB Integration.

We’re shaping the way we work through innovation, cutting-edge technology, collaboration and the freedom to explore new ideas. To succeed in this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing an individual portfolio of initiatives and your own capacity to deliver changes into the channels ensuring operational readiness.

  • Managing testing, building and delivering new processes and initiatives whilst understanding and considering customer experience, face to face and voice demand, and colleague capacity.

  • Providing regular updates and opportunities to input and shape to channel leadership.

  • Supporting the wider Distribution Change and Comms team to manage delivery alongside the wider change outlook for the channels.

  • Supporting a culture of collaboration, simplification and customer and colleague focus.

Professional Experience:

  • Experience in a customer facing environment (Preferred)

  • Process Improvement (Preferred)

  • Project management or operational readiness (Preferred)

  • Knowledge and understanding of frontline colleague systems and processes (Preferred)

  • Understanding of Customer journeys, products, services and channels (Preferred)

Salary Range:
£49,274.00 - £73,912.00 per annum (depending on experience)

This salary range represents the expected remuneration for the role. Annual salary is based on a standard 35-hour working week. Actual salary offered will depend on skills, experience, qualifications and location.
