Relationship Manager | S2 | Corporate build insight through data and technology whilst maintaining a personalised approach, so we can deliver a client experience that's second to none. Directly contacting clients to identify and win new opportunities to deepen relationships, especially with growing internationally active businesses. Potentially complete end-to-end lending applications to support clients' requests for funding support, including the consolidation and analysis of financial accounts. Identify and pursue opportunities to increase the team's productivity, maximise efficiencies and drive simplification. Embrace our proactive and inherently diligent risk culture; applying the highest standards to credit and conduct risk management, ensuring we keep the bank safe and treat all customers fairly. - Passion to drive successful client relationships and grow the business sustainably.
- Experience in client facing environment (B2B ideal).
- Commercial growth, business development experience or Relationship Management background. (Preferred)
- Risk management experience (e.g. Credit Risk, AML/KYC etc.) (Preferred)
- An entrepreneurial mind and awareness of key trends in the UK SME market and digital ecosystem; keen to help us optimise our model even further in the future.

Salary Range: £ 41,808.00 - £62,712.00 per annum (depending on experience). This salary range represents the expected remuneration for the role. Annual salary is based on a standard 35-hour working week. Actual salary offered will depend on skills, experience, qualifications and location.
£500 annual cash allowance to spend on our great range of benefits. 27 days' holiday plus bank holidays, which increases to 28 days after 5yrs service, with the option to purchase up to 5 contractual days per year. Voluntary healthcare benefits at discounted rates. Including: medical insurance, dental insurance, and health assessments.
We put 8% of salary into your pension, even if you don't contribute yourself. We'll pay in up to 12.5% of salary, if you contribute as well, and you can take some of our contribution in cash if you prefer. Protection for you and your family, with company-funded death-in-service benefit and income protection insurance, and the option to take advantage of discounted rates for additional life assurance and critical illness cover.
