Santander is looking for a Customer Experience Advisor based out of Worksop & Retford Branch, Twinned Site. The role is a 12-month fixed‑term contract, working 35 hours per week on a rota’d basis Monday to Saturday, 8am – 6pm. This role is more than a friendly face; you will be a listener and problem solver, helping customers with cash transactions, technology assistance in the banking hall, phone support and fraud protection. You will thrive in a multi‑skilled environment and support the team in a busy, varied venue.
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone
- Assist with day‑to‑day transactions, queries, and servicing
- Answer customer calls into our contact centre
- Build relationships and find solutions
- Develop your knowledge of services and products to help our customers
- Identify new ways to improve the customer experience
Qualifications
- Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service in a face‑to‑face or telephony background (Required)
- Effective communication skills with customers to truly understand their needs (Required)
- Real desire to go above‑and‑beyond for customers (Preferred)
- Teamworking skills with a flexible, can‑do approach to work (Preferred)
- Openness to a broad range of activities even if outside standard expectations (Preferred)

Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: £25,000.00 – £31,579.00 per annum (based on a standard 35‑hour week). Actual salary offered will depend on skills, experience, qualifications and location.
- Benefits include:

- 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays (increases to 26 after 5 years), with option to purchase up to 5 contractual days per year
