Santander UK plc. is seeking Fraud Consultants to join the Swansea hub and provide telephone-based support to customers. You will handle calls, identify customer needs, and take appropriate action to protect customers and the bank from fraud. Training is on-site with a hybrid pattern after onboarding.
You’ll work 4 hours daily, 5 days a week, with start times between 8am and 10am, and shifts may rotate. A company laptop and setup support are provided to enable effective customer service.
