You will draft, negotiate and advise on outsourcing, IT, marketing and intra-group contracts, ensuring regulatory compliance for a ring-fenced UK bank and translating legal concepts for business teams.
You will work with stakeholders across the Bank to deliver practical, cost-efficient advice, update templates, and keep pace with evolving law.
