As a Private Banker, you'll build and manage relationships with High Net Worth individuals, private wealth structures, companies and institutions. You'll become a trusted partner to your clients, understanding their personal, family and business objectives while delivering tailored banking, lending, investment and treasury solutions.

You’ll be responsible for growing and developing your portfolio through exceptional relationship management, new business acquisition and proactive engagement. Working closely with specialists across Santander International, you’ll deliver personalised solutions for both private and corporate wealth structures while maintaining the highest standards of risk and regulatory compliance.

What you’ll bring

  • Proven experience managing High Net Worth clients within Private Banking, Wealth Management or Financial Services
  • A successful track record of developing client relationships and acquiring new business
  • Strong understanding of private banking products, including lending, investments, cash management and foreign exchange solutions
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills with the ability to influence and build trust
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify opportunities to grow client portfolios
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering exceptional client service

It would also be nice for you to have

  • Experience working with offshore financial services products and international wealth structures
  • Professional banking, investment or wealth management qualifications
  • Knowledge of trusts, corporate entities and international wealth structures
  • Experience supporting complex lending and investment solutions for High Net Worth clients
  • An established professional network within the High Net Worth or professional adviser market
