The Wealth Management & Insurance division covers three businesses in all Santander Group countries: Insurance, Asset Management and Private Banking. We work to provide the best solutions to our clients in these three businesses in the 10 countries where we are present.
THE DIFFERENCE YOU MAKE
Santander Insurance is looking for a Product & Proposition Manager based out of one of our multiple primary locations. (Milton Keynes, London, Manchester, Glasgow, Bradford and Belfast)
As a Product & Proposition Manager within the Insurance team, you’ll play a key part in shaping product propositions and day to day management of our insurance and protection products and services – such as Home, Life, Car & Travel Insurance.
You’ll be working closely with our key insurance partners including Aviva, BGLi, Chubb and Axa to ensure that our customers have access to market leading, competitive insurance products.
You will also work closely with our Marketing and CRM teams to identify, develop and launch product promotional campaigns to support our distribution channels with particular focus on engaging customers via our Digital channels.

Delivering excellent customer outcomes across our range of insurance and protection products

Managing change and optimising customer experiences and communications by working closely with internal stakeholders and third-party insurance partners

Working as part of the team to ensure business objectives are achieved through the development of excellent customer propositions

Managing regulatory and other risks in an effective and efficient way

Working collaboratively with and influencing key internal stakeholders to ensure that change can be delivered in an efficient and positive way.

Professional Experience

Great stakeholder management skills (Required)

An understanding of our digital channels (Required)

An understanding of insurance and protection products and services (Preferred)

Knowledge of the regulatory environment, specifically regulation which has a direct impact on general insurance and protection (Preferred)

A good understanding of the distribution channels within Santander, including digital, branch and telephony (Preferred)

Good analytical skills including a good basic grasp of Excel and PowerPoint (Preferred)

Salary Range:
£52,459.00 - £78,689.00 per annum (depending on experience)
This salary range represents the expected remuneration for the role. Annual salary is based on a standard 35-hour working week. Actual salary offered will depend on skills, experience, qualifications and location.
