Responsibilities
- Driving adoption of electronic FX execution across the Global Corporate FX franchise, supporting sales teams with hands‑on execution expertise.
- Actively engaging with clients to educate, guide and optimise their use of electronic FX platforms and execution tools.
- Working closely with FX Trading to monitor execution quality, client behaviour and pricing performance, and to implement targeted improvements.
- Partnering with technology, data science, quants and production support teams to analyse usage data and optimise client‑level pricing and execution outcomes.
- Contributing directly to the development and evolution of the eFX offering, providing practical, client‑led input into the product roadmap.
- Using metrics and execution data to proactively identify opportunities, issues and trends, rather than reacting to ad‑hoc requests.
- Supporting the rollout of new platforms, features and capabilities, ensuring they are delivered in a practical, client‑ready manner.
- Acting as a centre of expertise for electronic FX execution, collaborating across teams while respecting relationship ownership by voice sales.
- Helping to build a scalable and consistent global operating model for electronic FX within Corporate Sales.
What you’ll bring
- Previous experience in FX, with exposure to electronic FX execution, eFX sales, FX trading, or FX product/eCommerce.
- In‑depth understanding of Corporate FX client behaviour, including hedging needs, execution patterns and decision drivers.
- Hands‑on experience working with electronic FX platforms (e.g. FXall, 360T, Bloomberg FXGO, single‑dealer platforms).
- Proven experience supporting or partnering with FX sales teams, ideally in a global or regional coverage model.
- Experience working closely with FX trading desks on pricing, liquidity, execution quality and flow analysis.
- Excellent understanding of FX market structure and electronic execution models (RFQ, streaming, algos).
- Ability to analyse and interpret execution metrics (hit rates, rejection rates, slippage, flow patterns).
- Familiarity with client‑level pricing concepts, including flexible or differentiated pricing.
- Comfortable working with data and reporting tools (e.g. Excel, internal dashboards, platform analytics).
- Solid knowledge of FX products relevant to corporates (Spot, Forwards, Swaps, NDFs).
- Understanding of best execution principles and execution governance in FX.
- Ability to work effectively with technology, data science, quants and production support teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex execution concepts clearly and pragmatically to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Commercially aware, with a focus on client outcomes rather than transactional selling.
It would also be nice for you to have
- Fluency in Spanish, both written and spoken.
- Exposure to platform rollout, client onboarding, execution optimisation or electronic flow migration initiatives.
- Exposure to programming or scripting languages (e.g. Python, SQL, R).
