Santander UK is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor at the Southport Branch.

The role is 24.5 hours per week on a rota basis, Monday to Saturday, 8am–6pm.

You will be the friendly face and voice, handling transactions, assisting with technology in-branch and on the phone, and protecting customers against scams.

You’ll thrive in a multi‑skilled environment with strong customer service focus, flexible approach, and a passion for improving customer experience across channels.
