  • Supporting identification and escalation of risks/control weaknesses to the Manager
  • Contributing to the documentation and tracking of actions arising from reviews or external audit
  • Working within established frameworks to ensure accuracy, fairness and regulatory alignment
  • Maintaining awareness of FCA expectations (e.g. Consumer Duty, PRIN, SYSC, CONC)
  • Cross team collaboration, sharing learning and best practices in order to contribute to overall team effectiveness, ensuring solutions are appropriate
  • Supporting oversight reviews that assess how intermediary activity affects customer outcomes
  • Ensuring customer treatment is assessed fairly during second-line control reviews
  • Escalating risks or issues where customer harm could occur as a result of intermediary activity

  • Providing accurate, timely support to the assurance plan across intermediary activity
  • Support the creation, development, and presentation of MI dashboards and reports to relevant forums (e.g. DOSC)
  • Manipulating, analysing, & summarising data sets to support assurance/oversight activity
  • Maintaining accurate records of review outcomes, actions, and observations
  • Assisting in identifying trends or data insights that can improve intermediary oversight and customer outcomes
  • Demonstrate awareness of how regulatory conduct risks link to business activity
