Santander Consumer Finance (SCUK) is one of the UK’s Leading Motor Finance companies and we are currently looking for a Fleet Maintenance Controller to join our Leasing team working in both our Milton Keynes and CLM Head Office in Newport Pagnell.
In this role you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of good outcomes is central to all customer interactions, whilst also meeting key commercial performance and customer experience objectives. You will support the service, maintenance, and repair of our maintained fleet, ensuring vehicles are managed efficiently and to the highest standard. The successful candidate will play a key role in minimising vehicle downtime, controlling costs, and delivering an excellent experience for both clients and end-user drivers.
Please Note:
- You will be required to attend the office full time, until initial new starter training has been completed.
- This is a hybrid role with at least 3 days a week in the CLM Newport Pagnell office for the first 6 months, after this time you will move to working in the Milton Keynes office.
- Remote workers will not be considered.
Responsibilities for this role will include: Reporting to the Customer Operations Manager, this position is integral to the smooth and effective operation of the Fleet Control department.
