Estamos en búsqueda de un Gestor de Normalización con capacidad estratégica para lograr acuerdos efectivos que permitan la normalización de obligaciones y la sostenibilidad de la cartera. Este rol es fundamental para implementar estrategias de cobranza en terreno, fortalecer la relación con los clientes y aportar a la salud financiera de la compañía.
Funciones principales
- Realizar gestión de cobranza en terreno, visitando clientes para establecer acuerdos de pago sostenibles.
- Diseñar y ejecutar estrategias de recuperación de cartera en distintas franjas de contención.
- Analizar casos asignados y proponer soluciones que faciliten la normalización de obligaciones.
- Elaborar reportes de gestión, seguimiento de compromisos y resultados.
- Cumplir metas de recaudo establecidas.
Perfil buscado
- Formación académica: Técnico o tecnólogo en áreas financieras, administrativas o comerciales.
- Experiencia: Mínimo 1 año en recuperación de cartera en entidades financieras.
- Habilidades: Negociación efectiva, orientación a resultados, comunicación asertiva, manejo de clientes en mora, trabajo en campo y capacidad de análisis.
