Gerenciar a região do segmento Empresas I de clientes pessoa jurídica de pequenas e médias empresas;
sejam direcionadas para o aproveitamento das oportunidades comerciais;
Impulsionar o resultado e a carreira do time (capacitando e treinando);
Zelar pela qualidade, de acordo com normas e procedimentos estabelecidos pelo banco e órgãos reguladores;
Acompanhamento estratégico dos Especialistas Empresas I;
Fomentar negócios e conquistar novos clientes;
Prezar pela qualidade do atendimento e satisfação dos clientes.
